The Western Environment Centre ran three food skills workshops at the Wonderful Fine Market in the fall of 2016, as part of their annual food skills workshop series.
September 10th: How to Make Sauerkraut
October 22nd: How to Make Kombucha (Fermented Tea)
November 5th: How to Grow Sprouts at Home
Each of the workshops cost $5 or free for members of the Western Environment Centre. More workshops will be planned for fall 2017, so please check back to this website for more details or check out the WEC website: www.wecnl.ca.
